Just installed my new Gears Canada tank bag on my 2022 CB500X. I still like using backroad maps and the large window is great. The bag itself is high quality with smooth zippers and just the right size for water bottles and lunch. Gears Canada was quick in filling the order and getting it out to me.

First chance to use this past weekend ( 9/14/25 ) and I’m delighted with how well it works. Magnets are strong and hold the bag perfectly. Capacity is surprising, holding my booster pack, my lunch, water, glasses, cap, keys, maps, tire plug kit and still had room in the external pockets. Easy to carry by the handle for good anti theft purposes. Gears Canada comes through again with quality and price. Can’t miss with this company.

Well constructed tank bag which holds a fair bit of items. I can easily fit a light weight rain jacket, water bottle, granola bar, wheel lock, multitool, and more. The small pouch at the front is great for keys and small items.

The material is sturdy, zippers are good quality, and the magnets are very strong. The profile is sporty and looks great on a sport or sport-touring style motorcycle. Added reflectivity is a nice bonus, and the price is better than the competitors.

I had a smaller bag and replaced it with this one which is larger. I have found that larger is better.

Fit perfectly on my bike well padded magnets no scratches on the tank.i like the bag handle my gloves fit no problem.

Inexpensive though high quality with lots of storage space , transferable from bike to bike with ease, 2 thumbs up!!

Enough depth to hold me phone, gps, water bottle etc. The magnets are a bit small/weak and that might cause sport and standard riders some issues.

I was shopping for a tank bag for my Honda CBR300R but most were quite expensive and very large. I ended up ordering a Xtreme YT tank bag from Gears and am quite happy with it. It is a perfect match with my Voyager saddlebags and a great fit on the CBR. They are just the perfect size for local errands around home and a great addition for longer trips when the saddlebags and tail pack are full. The build quality is excellent, only time will tell about durability.

Purchased this for my Royal Enfield Classic 500. Fit well and large enough to fit those items needed for immediate access on longer rides like a water bottle, wallet, phone, etc. Could fit a set of light rain gear less boot covers. The quality of the bag is fantastic especially at this price with particular note to the YKK zipper. Haven’t tried the bag in the rain but, with the rain cover, I don’t anticipate any issues. Fast shipping was also a bonus. Thank you!

Nice bag with lots of useable storage pockets. It has a handy mesh pocket on the underside of lid.. in my opinion the front straps should be longer/wider and have stronger magnets
