Gears Canada offers a 30 day money-back guarantee. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of the order being fulfilled. Furthermore, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with any clothing tags still attached, and including any documents that came with the product. Any merchandise which has been 'taken out for a ride' is considered used and cannot be returned. We are happy to provide a return label to make it easy for you to send the item(s) back to us, however, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Any shipping charges initially applied to your order are non-refundable. Free gifts and gift cards cannot be returned.

If you would like to make a warranty claim please choose the "credit" option and kindly describe the product defect(s) in the notes section. Sending back defective product(s) is easy because we'll email you a pre-paid return label. We cover the cost of return shipping if your warranty claim is justified.
