Is there a warranty on your products?

Yes! Please click here to read the terms of our warranty and instructions on how to submit a claim.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship FAST. Your order will leave our warehouse within 48 business hours. At checkout, we provide several different courier options and list transit times for each.

The tracking # you've given me doesn't show anything!

Please remember that it does take a while for tracking information to be updated in the delivery system. In some cases it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information starts to show. You'll receive an automated email from our system when your items are shipped out.

Do you ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers?

Yes! However, please note that we can only do it via Canada Post. If you live in the US we will ship via Canada Post and Canada Post will hand it off to USPS at the border.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and VISA.

How do PRE-ORDERS work?

You may see a "PRE-ORDER" button for select items. You will be charged immediately upon placing a PRE-ORDER and the item will ship as soon as it becomes available. Sometimes the expected delivery date for PRE-ORDERS is mentioned on the product page; but, if it's missing or looks incorrect, chat with us and we can give you a definitive answer.

Can you notify me when a SOLD OUT item is back in stock?

Yes we can! Click the little bell on the left side of the screen to subscribe to back in stock notifications. As a bonus, we will also notify you of price drops. Please note that if you are using iOS you won't see the little bell, you need to use a desktop browser or an Android device to see it.

I need a replacement part but it isn't listed on your website. Can you help?

We may be able to order in the replacement parts for you from our factory but it depends on the item. Contact us using the live chat or call us at (647) 400-3081 and we'll do our best to help.

Do you have any coupon codes?

The prices on our gear are some of the most competitive you will find in Canada, so, it is very rare that we offer discounts over and above the sale prices on our website. Any third-party websites advertising coupon codes for our store are not real. Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter, because when we do run one of our rare promotions you will be the first to hear about it.

Do you sponsor social media influencers or have a brand ambassador program?
