Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of your order and calculated thanks to our partner, ClickShip. ClickShip allows us to get competitive rates on shipping, so we can pass these savings along to our customers. We offer free shipping within Canada on orders ≥ $50 and affordable shipping to the US, UK, & AU.

No Questions Asked 30 Day Money-back Guarantee:

Gears Canada offers a 30 day money-back guarantee. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of the order being fulfilled. Furthermore, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with any clothing tags still attached, and including any documents that came with the product. Any merchandise which has been 'taken out for a ride' is considered used and cannot be returned. We are happy to provide a return label to make it easy for you to send the item(s) back to us, however, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Any shipping charges initially applied to your order are non-refundable. Free gifts and gift cards cannot be returned.

Shipping Transit Time

Transit time is determined by the freight carrier. We recommend downloading the Shop App to track your order(s). Gears Canada is not responsible for delays in transit after the freight carrier collects the product from our warehouse.

International Orders (Outside Canada)

All shipments that cross international borders must be custom cleared in the country of the receiver prior to being delivered. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and payable at the time of delivery.
