Our lithium-ion batteries are made of high-quality Samsung cells. Maintain at least 25% of the battery's capacity when not in use. If left uncharged, the battery will go into deep discharge and won’t turn on.

This battery pack is great and performs as promised. I use this with the heated insoles for up to 3hrs at a time and on setting 2 I have yet to run out of juice. If I had to be critical I would ask for a window to be cut in the pouch flap so that you can see the display on the battery pack without opening the flap…this is minor and does not affect my opinion of the product. Great product and great company to deal with!
This is my second battery to keep me warm during winter activities. The crying bag is a nice addition !
