  • For a refund or exchange, you must return your item(s) within 30 days of your order's ship date
  • The returned item(s) must be in original condition and packaging
  • Products that have been 'taken out for a ride' or have had their tags removed are considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the product is defective
  • Any shipping charges that were initially applied to your order are non-refundable

Requesting a refund?

We’ll process your refund on the original method of payment once we receive and inspect the item(s). You’ll receive an email once the refund is issued. Free gifts and gift cards cannot be refunded.

Requesting an exchange?

The item(s) that you are returning will be processed as a REFUND. So please place a NEW order yourself. This will ensure that the gear you want doesn't go out of stock while the return and refund process is underway.

Exchanging items under warranty:

If you have a justifiable warranty claim kindly email or call our customer service team so they can email you a pre-paid return label which you can use to ship the defective item(s) back. Of course, you won't pay return shipping for a justified warranty claim. Once we receive the defective item(s) we will ship out a free replacement. In some cases all we require are pictures of the defective item(s).
