Collection: Heated Jacket Liners for Men and women

Heated jacket liners are the starting point for anyone building a heated clothing setup, and they are the single piece that changes a cold ride the most. The liner heats your arms, torso and collar, the three areas that lose heat fastest at speed, and it wears under your existing riding jacket rather than replacing it.

Our liners connect directly to the 12V battery on your motorcycle, snowmobile or ATV, so heat is limited only by how long you ride. Each one ships with a 20 inch coax battery cord. You choose either a switch cord, which turns the liner on and off, or a temperature controller, which lets you dial the heat up and down as conditions change. Most riders who ride in genuinely cold weather prefer the controller.

The liner is also the hub of the rest of the range. Heated glove liners and heated gloves plug straight into hideaway connectors at the end of each sleeve with no extra wiring, and heated leg chaps connect the same way. If you would rather not wire into your vehicle at all, a portable battery kit powers the liner away from the bike, which is what our skiing, hunting and ice fishing customers use.
