It arrived incorrectly assembled - the fabric tube was in the wrong orientation. I took it apart, fixed it and i use it daily on my commutes. One bonus is that it is pretty effective as a neck scarf, blocking the cold wind
I have arthritis from degenerate disc disease and the weight of my snowmobile helmet causes neck strain. This collar takes some of the weight off my neck. It's expensive for what is basically foam and velcro but it works

Rolled my racing lawnmower in a corner at 60kph. Fractured my lower back but my neck brace and helmet did their jobs.
Fitment felt a bit loose, but it obviously kept my neck from taking a hit that could've ruined my life.
There may be better options out there, but I am thankful for this one..
