The choice starts with how the cover will be used. Trailerable covers are reinforced and strapped to hold at highway speeds behind a truck. Storage covers are made for a garage, a shed or a driveway and will not survive being towed. This is the single most common mistake we see, so decide which one you need before comparing anything else.

Sizing is straightforward. Measure your sled in a straight line from the tip of the front hood to the outside of the rear seat, then match that measurement to the chart in the product images. Do not size from the model name alone, since backrests, racks and windshields change the length you actually need to cover.
