Bought a pair of these a year ago for kayaking. Leaked at the seams due to incomplete taping ( I could see my skin through the seam at the thumb joint. I contacted Gears and they promptly sent me another pair. While somewhat better they to had lousy seam taping. I kept them and repaired with Aquaseal but they are now less flexible. Might be OK for rain showers but for any more than that I would not recommend.
They fit well and keep my hands dry, even in torrential rain. The thumbs, however, have the seams jammed tight inside so I had to cut them.
I haven't used them yet but think they might be a bit awkward on my motorcycle.
They are waterproof but the thumb part is too short so it is cumbersome which isn't good for working levers.
I have small hands so i put an elastic aroumd my hand and it was fine. Had waterproof gloves before instead of mitts and they were worse. These ate good.
