The cover was easy to use, however one of the tensioning straps ripped upon first use.

Good and strong material - fits great - straps in all the right spots - but after only two weekends, the stitching at the bottom of the fuel tank access door is fraying.

The XL trailerable snowmobile cover is of good quality. It is a little baggy at the back of the sled and a little short in the side-walls. I bought it for a Yamaha RS Venture and it is a better cover than any of the others I have tried.
The straps that pass all the way under the sled are a good idea, but a bit of a nuisance to put on. I would have much prefered a couple of more straps with the hooks on the ends to anchor to the sled.
Perhaps come spring, I will get out my sewing kit.

I bought the Gearz 2X size trailerable snowmobile cover for my 2009 Skidoo GSX 1200 Limited. The cover fits the front end well and is long enough to cover the whole tunnel (a bit too long but that’s no problem). Quality seems pretty good so far and it has straps everywhere to snug it up tight for trailering. I towed at 100kmh and the cover stayed snug. Seems like a great cover for a pretty good price.

Terrific service all around, we ordered 2 covers, came quickly, one cover was damaged for the shipping package was torn in half by UPS, one cover was cut with a razor knife in their effort to remove the shipping label to attach it to a new box for delivery to us. We contacted GearsCanada to start a claim procedure starting from their end to find out where the problem began, Krish of GearsCanada took control of the situation and replaced the cover at their expense and without hesitation and the damage was not even their fault. Can't beat service like that! By the way the covers we ordered were for 2024 Grand Touring Sport 900 Ace Skidoo's, a tough model to find a decent fitting cover for, they recommended the trailerable Polaris snowmobile cover #300331-1-ADV, a real good fit, I would give the cover's a 95 out of a 100 for their look and fit on a Skidoo. Bought the Gears Touring size as the previous cover i had bought was too small(another brand's XL size). Using it on a Polaris Edge chassis RKM 136 with an extra tall windshield and it fits with room to spare unlike other covers i have tried. I probable could have got the size smaller but this Touring size works great with the tall windshield and gas can in the back. The quality is also great and it comes with lots of tie downs.

Really like this cover. I was really worried it was going to be thin and not fit. But the reviews were the best out of the ones i looked at. But really happy with what came!! Nice thickness. Fit our skidoo perfectly ! Lots of straps and good quality! Very happy with it 👍🏼

Purchased 2 of these to try. 1 is on a 2013 switchback pro r and fits pretty good. There is a little excess at the rear bumper but is easily tucked away.
Other is a 2012 pro rmk 155 and it fits well also. Was able to leave the tunnel bag and fuel can on and still fit good. Both are size 2XL.
They are made of heavy material so they should hold up well on the highway.

Grand Touring fits my 2024 Expedition LE. Best fit for trailering is to remove the 2up seat. Fits OK with the 2up seat on for overnight covering. No long term experience but seems like very good quality material, elastic cinch, and lots of straps. I like it!

I have the cover on a 2013 Bearcat 570 it fits well. Lots of straps and tie downs to secure during travel. The onl thing that fell short was the belly pan strap that is about 24" to short and I need to find a short strap to fill the gap.
